I mailed with tracking. Unit was delivered and not one person achieved out to me. I needed to e mail them. Per week later on they confirmed getting the device. They sent a substitute. WHAT A NIGHTMARE this device turned out to become. 10 minutes just after Placing in new battery the unit drains the battery. WTF?! It's not even well worth achieving
